F! SPORTS: Arsenal signs Nicolas Pepenazi | @FoshoENT_Radio

Arsenal have completed the signing of Lille star Nicolas Pepe for a club record 80 million euro fee.
The figure surpasses the 63.75m euros paid for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in January 2018, and Pepe has agreed to a five-year deal with the Gunners.

The 24-year-old has also become the highest transfer fee paid for a player in the Premier League during this transfer window, beating the 70m euros paid by Manchester City for Rodri Hernandez. It also makes him the most expensive African player of all time.
Pepe had been linked with the likes of Manchester United and Napoli in recent weeks, but Unai Emery's side have got their man, who they turned to after finding Crystal Palace's valuation of Wilfried Zaha to be exorbitant.

Arsenal have now made four signings during this window - Gabriel Martinelli, William Saliba (who has been loaned back to Saint-Etienne) and Dani Ceballos - and their total spend has been 116m euros. In the Premier League, only recently-promoted Aston Villa have spent more with 127.90 euros
